Jumbo Stay Hotel

I thought the plane should be painted. You have a great staff and their very nice and helpful.great choice in staff. The inside was nice and great location. Thank you for the great stay

The only positive thing I can say about this property is the unique concept of a hotel inside an airplane. The walls were dirty, the tv didn’t work…and I never received the email regarding access to the cavities as promised in reservation email. I would also note that I did not receive the room I “clicked” on and was charged more than the listed price. When I addressed the manager about the issue, they stated “that’s an Expedia issue”.

The place seemed very run down and I didn’t see a single staff member. It felt so strange.

Funky throwback to my youth hostel days.

I really wanted to love this hotel, its a hotel on a plane, how could it not be great? The room was interesting being in the former engine of the plane. However on close inspection it was quite neglected. The carpeting was coming loose in places, the window stickers peeling, plastics cracked etc. The bed itself was actually quite comfortable and it wasn't a bad sleep. The inside of the plane itself was very interesting but there is no staff to make use of purchasing items from their cafe/souvenir shop or to help with check in. You had to message or phone in advance to get the door code etc. The walkway on the wing had the flooring loose and ripped up in a few places, and the benches were broken and unsafe. The shared toilets and shower facilities were acceptable but nothing special, at least one of the toilet seats was broken though. The WiFi also didn't work in my room, it worked on the plane itself but not in my room. The breakfast was very very basic, it was just a fridge with some cheap cheese and meat, some bread and crackers, a jug of juice and a couple of jars of cereal. You take your shoes off when entering the plane and there is a leak just inside the door when it rains so I got nice wet socks just after stepping inside, which wasn't fun. The novelty of the stay is great, and I did actually enjoy my stay for this reason, however the whole place seems quite neglected which is sad as it could easily be put back to great shape.

Truly unique place to stay and very convenient if you need to catch early flight or arriving late. Probably wouldn't recommend for a longer stay, but for a night or two it's ok. There are shared bathroom/shower facilities, we only seen 2 of them and one was out of order at the time we stayed. This although haven't effected us much as we arrived late and left early. Breakfast was very minimal, but for a quick bite before the flight was good.

Cheap place to sleep before an early morning flight. Sleeping in an engine nacelle was neat. Would have liked to see more of the plane but the restaurant was closed with COVID as the reason.

it was super basic, it is just the shere convenience and the novelty of staying in a plane. There should have been more information about checking in - I had to take the inititive myself and start searching telephone numbers to contact management for details.

It was so fun to sleep in a comforyable bed on an airplane. I loved tje experience

There’s no hotel like it! You have to try at least once. Without desk attendants, getting in to my “engine room” was a little bit like playing Escape Room, following a trail of clues. But I didn’t call for help! Everything was very clean.
