Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Saint Augustine I-95

The staff was excellent and I love the location in relation to the elevator

There were lights in the room that didn't work. There was a light switch that was broken

The room was very big, comfortable and has a microwave.

The smell of the corridor and the elevator was awful like a damp place. They need to use a vacuum cleaner in all of the carpets, I mean inside and out of the room, because there is so much of powder.

Friendly and clean Hotel..Close to everywhere you wanted to go.

Nouveau meubles et nouveau tapis.

Very clean, nice staff, newly renovated, delicious breakfast, close to everything in historic district and I95.

The included brkfst was best ever had anywhere. The gentleman who prepared and watched over everything is the key to that operation. It was hot, kept plentiful, he greeted each customer, helped those who needed it, smiled, and polite and warm. Kept everything filled such as cream, etc. I told the front staff manager that Marriott should be careful this gentleman is not stolen by a high-end restaurant. He would be an excellent choice for a candidate for the face of Marriott. If there was such a thing… Hotel is under renovation and the lobby and dining sections were updated and very classy and comfortable. Front desk staff all very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The housekeeper on duty November 9, 10, 11 took immense pride in her work & the room was meticulous.

You could hear guest talking through the bathroom vent, there was absolutely no water pressure in the sink, but great water pressure in the tub. Np signage on the street and not nearly enough lighting heading into the location.

L’emplacement est parfait et literie confortable. C’était notre 4e visite.

L’hôtel est en rénovation (ce qui est une excellente chose) et notre chambre était fraîchement refaite. Cependant, il n’y avait pas de porte au garde-robe, les lampes de chaque côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas et la climatisation faisait un bruit pas possible. De plus, le plancher de la salle de bain n’était pas propre. Clairement, quelqu’un avec des chaussures sales avait marché dessus. Et comble de malchance, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Décevant considérant le prix de la chambre.
