"I got charged twice and no refund"

Everything was really good except.

They charged me twice and I have not got my deposit back. I was supposed to get $50 back for a deposit and I’m also supposed to get my money back from Booking.com. I got neither one so I’m in the hole $200 and not happy about it. Not sure if I’ll even stay there again.
