Please enjoy the beautiful grounds at Bardessono while we are refining our rooftop pool and fitness center through February 16, 2024. During this time the pool and fitness center will be closed. We look forward to reopening and welcoming guests back to these spaces on February 17, 2024.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Amenities and room condition we subpar for a 5-star hotel. Mold in shower. Ants in bathroom. Window in bathroom slightly ajar/open. Staff said they would send someone to pick up my room service tray immediately. No one came ever. And no one picked it up outside of my room. BEWARE: an extra $72/night destination fee is charged upon checkout. Definitely not worth a stay here. There are much better places in the area.

This is one of my favorite hotels on the planet. It's located in the heart of idyllic Yountville and you can walk across the street to Bouchon Bakery or down the street to Bistro Jeanty. The staff are exceptional from the moment you check in to the moment you leave, you will have all your needs met and then others you didn't even realize existed.

Really exceptional experience. Beautiful property. The morning coffee was a nice touch. Every staff member we had contact with was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Truly looking forward to our next visit. The location is phenomenal.

Great place to stay in the heart of Napa Valley! Our room was recently refreshed and beautiful. Service was excellent. My spouse and I prefer white wines and the concierge was so helpful in guiding us to local wineries to suit our needs. The hotel restaurant was great and we especially enjoyed the service there. I was especially grateful that the restaurant staff remembered my distinct dietary needs at each visit. Will definitely stay here again!

"Not a good feel."

I have a stay booked at the property six months from now. They require full prepayment with the ability to cancel within 14 days of the stay. I gotta say, this is pretty outrageous given the fact that they now have access to my money interest free for six months. Please be aware of this when you are considering this property.

My husband and I just returned from five nights here at the Bardessono. I could not recommend this hotel more. All of the staff, from the front desk, to valet, to wait staff to housekeeping, and management were attentive, friendly and helpful. The grounds were perfect. The attention to detail in the rooms is exquisite. We loved the outdoor shower, reading out on the patio, the gas fireplace. The steam shower and jet tub made it hard to want to leave the room when you have your own private spa. The furnishings and decor were perfect - modern and clean yet comfortable. And the fridge was always stocked with water and soda. If I could give six stars I would. Worth every penny and I would love to visit again.
