Perfect experience, clean, helpful staff, early check-in and late checkout at no cost, provided small items I forgot to take with me. Overall very nice experience and strongly recommend for everyone coming for a conference at Long Beach Convention Center.

Second time staying at this property and the service and hospitality this time around went above expectations. Was able to get away for a one night weekend stay to enjoy the Long Beach, California coast. As a long time World of Hyatt member, I felt the team really went above and beyond to welcome me and to ensure that I had a great stay. Although it was a one night stay, I really appreciate the hospitality extended to me and look forward to visiting the property again. As for the property, it meets the standards and expectations of a Centric property and the coastal/port them of the hotel was well represented with an efficient and cozy room layout.

"Gem of a find"

Reserved a room at Hyatt Centric based on the proximity to a local restaurant where we were to meet friends, and glad we found this. Check in was super fast, room was large and comfortable, and location was excellent as there was an outlet mall, restaurants, and the harbor right outside. We'd definitely stay here again.

"Great place to stay during Long Beach Grand Prix."

The Centric was very well located for the Long Beach Grand Prix. Our room had plenty of space to spread out, but also had a cozy feel. The staff at the Centric is really accommodating. The pool on the roof offered nice views and a relaxing space after being around 100,000 people all day! The parking structure was close and extremely affordable. Clean room, lights that came on in the night under the bed - we'll stay here again.
