"I would stay here again, clean comfortable, great staff and a terrific location"

The staff were brilliant, all very pleasant and obliging. The location was great, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The tea/coffee machine didn’t work properly and the cooked food was barely warm.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Not only was it modern, clean, with everything you might need from a hotel, the staff were really helpful and it is in a great location. Without a doubt, I wouldn't hesitate stopping here again.

Location, location location 💚 Really enjoyed our stay at Jo-An hotel, the staff are lovely & rooms very clean. Ideally placed to visit all of Rethymno on foot, so many cafes, bars & shops nearby and the old town literally 5mins away
