Hampton Inn & Suites Dumas

Location and Breakfast was good. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly although they did not offer a complimentary bottle of water at check in. Had to go back later and request a bottle of water which was then provided.

Comfortable chairs are needed in the room, the room is only equipped with a hardback chair at the desk and a bench seat at the foot of the bed. The toilet flapper would not seal properly, and we had to jiggle the toilet handle to stop the water from flowing every time we flushed the toilet, the fitted sheet on the bed did not fit properly and would come off during the night while sleeping, the tissue box in the bathroom was empty, there is an electrical outlet/USB charger on the nightstand only on one side of the bed and not on the other side and the AC fan was "noisy" and could not be turned off despite it having an "off" button.

The ladies staffing front desk are the nicest I have encounter in years. Checking in and and out all were quick with a hello and have a great day/evening. Kudos ! Ps, bed and selection of pillows was great!

Reliable spot with consistent quality. Staff has always been great. Very responsive even when only one person working the desk.

Room ac had a problem; staff responded immediately and moved us to another room. That room had a slightly different ac problem, but we opted to adjust and report upon departure.
