The smell in the room was musty and old this property needs a full make over very disappointing and over priced.

The beds were so hard . To the point it was impossible to sleep on them. The heating unit was burning and set off smoke detector . We did not stay for the next night as we had planed . We would like a refund for the extra day as there was no way we would stay there any more. Worst hotel experience ever.

Halfway housing for inmates and addicts.

This was without a doubt, the weirdest place I have ever stayed.

It was okay for a one night stay .

Although the attendant Brigette was very pleasant, the outside grounds was nicer than the inside of hotel room. The commode had feces stains. No iron in my room. The night attendant was weird and rude. I didn’t know this property housed men that are being rehabilitated for drug use.

Good hotel and safe

It was the only hotel available so hadn’t read reviews prior to booking. Thought it was odd there were only a few cars in the parking lot, but yet they didn’t have any king rooms, but yet we saw many men on the property. The girl at the front desk said the reason not many rooms available was because they were renovating most of the rooms. Hotel was very dated and carpet was nasty. The next morning the conf room was full of men. I then read some reviews and found out the hotel houses men that are in work release. While I think that is a good use of the hotel, definitely not cool to not make that info available. Upon checkout as I was walking by the reception slid me my invoice. She didn’t ask my name or room #, just gave me my invoice with my name on it etc. she was not the lady there from the previous night, so obviously we were the only guests there that night, just kinda a creepy vibe.

Has not been updated in years if not decade. Window does not close, AC more than noisy, not hot water and mattress have seen more customers than they should.

Be sure to ask for a Riverview. The grounds are spectacular and I enormously enjoyed my walk around them. The hotel is old and sort of past its prime but man it has a good feel to it.
