Shower door handle missing … mildew around bottom of shower … check-in staff seemed like it was a bother to get us checked in. Other staff was great.

"Charged twice! Not really happy!"

The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff. The issue was that I purchase the stay through Hotels.com for $173.25, then when I arrived, they charged me $121.57 for my stay and then $100 for incidentals that I will get back. I talked to the lady at the counter and she told me that the charges were correct. I do not understand why I was charged on Hotels.com and at the hotel. I travel a lot and never had this happen. I paid $300 for the room!

Even though i only staged one night, this hotel was very convenient to the Richmond airport as i was leaving on a very early flight. Very affordable as well.

"Will not be using this location in the future."

Mattress was too soft or needs to be replace. Staff could have been friendlier. On checkout I requested checkout receipt and was told that Booking .com would be responsible for this. In the past month we have made reservations through Booking.com and each location provided a receipt upon request.
