"Was not a pleasant stay."

The room stunk like a dirty wet rug. We couldn’t get the tv to work. The rug into the room and in the hallways were dirty. The bathroom tub and sink were dirty. The air in the room was heavy no ventilation just an ac that only came on once or twice. Awful experience I will never stay there again.

The staff member that checked my family in..it was an emergency situation because of.the snow storm. And he was soooo kind and helpful.
