Very spacious room. It was very quiet and very clean. We had a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it.

So I have been at this hotel. Many many many times in the past few years. It’s the only “ok” hotel within an hour of a place a visit often. Hilton should be ashamed with this hotel. I get it. It’s in BUFFALO Tx. But it’s a terrible experience for the most part. Outside. They recently painted it. Makes it look nice from the outside. Inside. Ya Lobby area is outdated. To say the least. And you almost trip over the cat and cat food at the entrance. I will stay Steffi and the staff are amazing. They are the ONLY bright spot. During rain.. on the 3rd floor. Forget about it. Buckets out everywhere catching rain. Even after the outside paint job. Inside the room you will find a room that has been heavily smoked in. No maybe now but within the last 5 years but. Tar on the mirrors. Lamps with stained shades. Couch in the “suites” that when you sit on leave off a smell. And it’s not just one room. 302, 201, 301, and 303 all have terrible conditions. And I made the mistake of taking a black light to room 302. Ya. Don’t. Stains. Ever here. And everywhere you would expect. Breakfast is good. I’ll give them that. And again the workers and Manager Steffi is amazing but you can’t make chicken salad out of chicken poop. The owners of this hotel are to blame. I am writing this only to one. Bring attention to how bad it is under a Hilton brand. Second to help the staff get an upgraded hotel that they deserve. The pool is in shambles. Either Hilton needs to sell this property or make the owner invest. Simple as that.

Decent breakfast.

I was traveling to Houston during a bad thunderstorm. Was greeted at the front desk and front desk agent very helpful. I felt at home. I thought the lobby was cozy and like the tv on so I could decide to book a room and not to continue driving on my trip. Ladies at front desk very helpful and generous by offering a grab bag for bfast and some cookies. Thank you!

Rust on most metal surfaces, couch was unusable (old and too worn), the chair was severely stained and tiled flooring in bathroom area was slippery (not clean!). Curtain was broken so we had to rig it to stay closed. Just overall dated inside!!

Room was dirty, bed was not the best.. for 240 dollars you would assume a nice room

In town for family funeral, spent two nights. Michelle was a great front desk who made our stay so much better and gave us great support and kindness. Gayle was curt and rude to most of my family over the two days. She yelled at one family member who went out the front doors, and a cat that was being feed by staff in bowls at the front door and a bowl of food was on the front desk! She yelled “don’t let the cat inside!” Not our problem, quit feeding the feral cats and naming them Tigger! The rooms were nice, quiet and the AC was great. The carpets in all four rooms were absolutely filthy and 5 minutes of babies crawling, turned their socks, pants and hands BLACK! These carpets haven’t been cleaned in 20 years, but hide the dirt well, due to the dark-colored pattern. Pool advertised on website was filled to the top with sand, disappointing 12 people in the family. Take it off if it’s not EVER available. The breakfast is good with lots of variety, but water was NOT available unless you asked the front desk. They seemed disturbed to honor the request. Make water available 24/7, it’s a health issue. Few options available for food at lunch and dinner, nearby but no delivery available. Dinner takeout trash was not cleaned the next day and a call to the front desk resulted in a response that “come down and get a big trash bag, house cleaning is gone.” At $200 per night, this property MUST do better! Hope they get the help from management that is needed.

I’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns in my travels. This one is nearly the worst I’ve been in. The room rate is ridiculous for the shape these hotel rooms are in. Pros: A/C worked great. Plenty of convenient, free parking. Hotel exterior is nice and grounds are clean. Cons: Literally everything about the room. The walls needed to be repainted long ago. The television is way too small for the size of the room. The beds are uncomfortable. The furniture old and battered. Too much furniture for the size of the room. The bathroom is OLD style with old style tub. There used to be an indoor pool but it was being filled in with dirt, so I don’t know what’s going on there. My advice would be to avoid this property.
