Missing some energy teas from my room. When complained was told no one touched them. But yet they were missing. Won't reimburse me. Practically are saying that I'm lying. Not happy one bit

"very upset with your customer service and the room"

We stayed 3 day with my daughter and when we walked in she said so dirty we have to clean that’s what my 4 year old daughter said. Then she cried having to say there the other 2 days wanted to go home. The pool was drain empty and when I asked she laughter about it said it was going to be closed for another 3 years probably. Don’t go buy the pictures online they took them and photoshopped them to look like that. The doors don’t shut all the way even if locked, the none smoking rooms are next to smoking rooms so it smells like smoke when u walk into the non smoking room. The floor is dirty carpet that I had to wear shoes the whole time.

Blood on sheets! Don’t stay here! I couldn’t sleep because of the conditions of the room. The outlets didn’t work and when I tried to plug in my charger it electrocuted me. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend…..

1. When I arrive I was informed the only room left was a smoking(no ideal smoking room existed) 2. Trains 1st 12:00 2ed 04:00 3th 04:30, whistle at 3 crossing

"Room was disgusting"

Room was gross. Slept fully clothed on top of the blanket. Only cat-napped for about 4 hours, had to get the hell out of there. The noise from other rooms televisions was absurd. Felt like we were staying in a horror movie.

"Filthy!"

Room was very dusty, bathroom was filthy. Very old, damaged furniture in the room. It was very late and we had been driving all day, only to find we had paid for the worst room I had EVER SEEN! Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. The front desk clerk was pleasant that night.
