Everything about this place was awesome. The staff was amazingly friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfasts were out of this world delicious. Thank you Joanna and Jennifer for making our stay so enjoyable.

A great B&B that had charm, historical significance, well kept esthetically pleasing grounds, great 2 course breakfast each morning, owners were very friendly, pleasant and informative. Convenient to old Hot Springs.

We stayed in the Rose suite. It was a dream. Our jacuzzi was a lot of fun and relaxation, and the surprise fancy breakfast in the mornings was something we looked forward to!

Beautiful estate; very peaceful. Hosts J &J were wonderful and the elegant room accommodations exceeded our expectations. Breakfast both days were delicious. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary there as part of a road trip through the southwest. Would book again. Ann

The breakfast served each morning was a 5-Star restaurant quality & very filling. Coming back to the house each afternoon to sit outside and relax after a long day of hiking was just perfect!! There is nothing I would change about our stay there. A real treasure and we hope to go back!
