La qualité de l'ensemble : la dimension de la chambre, la piscine chauffée et le calme de lieux.

Le fait d'avoir été appelé au téléphone dans notre chambre le matin à 11h07 , soit 7 minutes très exactement après l'horaire "officiel" de libération fixé à 11 heures ! Le procédé utilisé laisse perplexe, reste très peu courtois et manque d'élégance ! Rappelons à ce sujet que bon nombre d'hôtels ont pour horaire de départ 12h et qu'un rappel auprès des clients (qui ont passé 3 nuits dans l'établissement !) 7 minutes après ledit "horaire officiel" s'avère plus que cavalier et tout à fait CONTRE-PRODUCTIF pour l'image de marque d'un hôtel qui,par ailleurs, nous avait donné toute satisfaction ! Un zéro pointé donc pour cette maladresse peu excusable et franchement navrante( même si la jeune femme à la réception a prétexté qu'il s'agissait de récupérer la carte magnétique ; excuse au demeurant peu crédible dans la mesure où les clients peuvent partir sans laisser leur carte magnétique !).
