Grande chambre. Séjour agréable.

Vista panorâmica espetacular, tanto da piscina exterior, como da sala de refeições. Quarto confortável, limpeza não estava perfeita mas muito boa, e o mais importante, trocam lençóis e toalhas diariamente. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Bom pequeno almoço, não tem muita variedade, mas tem qualidade e quantidade.

Não gostei da piscina interior. O cheiro a cloro é intenso e a água não parecia estar muito limpa. Mas a piscina exterior, compensou, é espetacular.

В нашем случае мы остонавливались только на одну ночь с очень поздним заездом (закат к сожалению не видели, но рассвет был потрясающий ). Номер снимали с болконом и видом на океан. Бессплатная стоянка ,приветливый перссонал. Неплохой завтрак

В номере небыло ни чайника ни кофемашины, но при первом же обращении в течении 5 минут нам в номер принесли чайник. Отсутсвие тапочек и халатов

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Les chambres etaient spacieuses, et très propre. Uniquement petit bémol pour la littrie mais rapport qualité prix au top

The main selling point of this hotel, snd the reason I chose it, is the location, high above Nazare with a view over the town and beach towards the lighthouse. You can hear the crashing of the surf on the beach far below your room.. Spend the evening on your balcony watching the sun sink slowly into the sea. Spectacular! Breakfast is good. Served in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel offering beautiful.views across the bay. Good free parking. You can expect a comfortable stay, but......

Faded glory. It's a shame because it has the potential to be fantastic! The lobby/reception is lovely. And then....you enter your room. (212 in my case) Despite all the photos on this site showing beautiful bathrooms with walkin-in showers, the reality was a shower over a bathtub and a clingy shower curtain.(not great if you're not so stable on your legs) I paid extra for a room with a sea view but the glass in the front balcony wall hadn't been properly maintained in ages, leaving the glass caked in limescale stains, ruining the sunset views. Despite reporting it, thr ussue was not resolved.. The black-out curtains were full of holes, as were the net curtains. The system ceiling was not properly fitted. The flooring was damaged. The door to the room did not fit properly, leaving big gaps all around, allowing light and sound to flow in. I asked to borrow a couple of wine glasses from the bar, and was asked to sign to confirm i'd borrowed them (fair enough, I thought). I found out when checking out I was to be charged €4 "rental" Not a deposit, which would have be reasonable. The bar tender did not explain by this systemt the time. The receptionist said there were information sheets regarding costs for "rental" of chinaware, glassware and silverware, and slapped one down on the desk in front of me. I hadnt seen any anywhere in thr hotel.Not what you expect from a "4 star" hotel. The location offers fantastic views but br aware it is a fair trek into town - and it's all uphill on the way back! The hotel is at the end of a long isolated road, often with no pavements which ciuld prove dangerous after dark. Missing tiles in the swimming pool.
