Our stay was fantastic! The staff’s hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding, and the spacious room exceeded expectations. Only downside: the pillows were too flat, and the bed too firm.

Awesome, unique hotel. All the rooms are designer rooms with totally different feel and look. Amazing little hotel. Close to subway station. Only 15 minutes from Kyoto main station. Staff was fantastic! Restaurant had amazing dinner and Japanese breakfast was spectacular. Thank you staff!

10/10 beautiful boutique hotel. Stayed for 2d1n with my partner. The room was amazing, great overall mix of modern/traditional design. We stayed in the red themed room which was randomly assigned I believe based on availability. The room amenities were fabulous, with even his/her loungewear/pj's and bathrobes for our use that were actually really comfortable. The bed was amazing, the pillows were flat but I guess that's just the standard preference in Japan. The in room jacuzzi/hot tub was lovely but the Jacuzzi function didn't work. Unfortunately towards night time (9pm) the wifi was extremely weak in room and we had to use our own portable wifi to even just go on social media on our mobiles. We tried to get assistance from the staff but unfortunately we had spoken communication (English) issues with most of them. However they were all super sincere in trying to help us to the best of their abilities which I'm so greatful for. Location wise was great, close 5-10min walk to 7-11, metro and bus stations. Overall will definitely recommend this for a romantic short trip.

Staff were all so helpful and nice, the room was a great size and had some amazing amenities. Stay here if you plan on being near Kyoto Imperial Palace, it's not far from nishiki market and some other attractions as well

Love the design of our suite. This city is walkable and you need to walk so be ready. The metro station is within 15 minute walk, the bus stop is about 10 minute walk. There is a terrace where you can take your own drink. The hotel is quiet and secluded, not much happening here. Loves the welcoming gift and the refills on the mini bar. Book the Japanese breakfast it’s a great experience.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Wonderful staff, wonderful room, wonderful location. I cannot say anything more about the hotel. It is a great experience.

Great personal service, lovely designrr rooms, friendly staff, close to palace n 30 min ride to kurama Temple

The property was very unique and fantastic room. We loved our stay there. Great location, great restaurant. Our only complaint was the particular room we had was the room that is just too dark. We really wanted more light but otherwise the room layout was amazing

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and thoughtfully designed. Area around hotel was quiet but walkable to restaurants and temples.
