It was under renovation and I knew this up front so it would not be fair to comment on this.

The comfort of the bed and pillows is always great. The size of the shower stalls is awesome.

●The loudness late at night was irritating and frustrating while we were trying to sleep. ●There was a good size spot on the couch in our room when we entered that was thick and brown. Hopefully it was just melted chocolate. We avoided that area during our stay. ●The breakfast quit getting served about 45 minutes before the breakfast time ended. We asked for eggs, cinnamon rolls and sausages to be restocked but no one did anything. Finally another person went to the front desk to report it. That lady went into the kitchen area and got them to bring out more eggs.

I like the most how I was cared for. I had special request to be by my family room in the quietest possible section of the hotel. They have done a great job putting us next to each other at an end of a corridor with no one on the other side. Really kind and caring.

1) The location: Trapped between high volume traffic, the noise is unavoidable. They did the best that was possible. 2) The mattress was too soft. Gave me a neck pain and prevented sleep.

Loved that it was on the first floor (no elevator use is great) and close to the pool and front desk. We had a wonderful stay and even reserved another night. They were so nice to try and accommodate us in the ways I've asked. Drawers had the quiet movement, very nice. Plenty of lighting and chairs. I LOVED the directional light so it can shine where you want it without lighting up the room and waking up a sleeping child. The air conditioner is very very nice to keep the room regulated at a specific temperature and constant air flow. Parking is always available especially right by the front doors. Walmart and other places were all within a 5-10 minute radius. The counter space in the bathroom was perfect for the amount of people staying in the room. The room had a safe and closet but we didn't need it but it was nice to know if we did. Lots of storage areas throughout the room for multiple things. My child liked the rolling chair and had a blast on it.

The curtains were short and the sun woke me up at 5am and took me a bit to go back to sleep. No hot water kettle, hot water dispenser is in the gym room and you need a card for it and sometimes it's locked even though it's supposed to be a 24/7 gym. Sheets don't tuck tightly under the mattress because it's so thick. The shower doors are so heavy and hard to move. We only had one and a half rolls of TP and lasted us not even 24 hours. I don't like how the fridge opens to the right when the cupboard that it's in opens to the left, so we struggled there and hurt our fingers. The hardware floor hurts my feet especially when I wake up and try to go to the bathroom, I ended up having to wear shoes if I'm standing in the room until I'm laying down or asleep. Closed captions on tv weren't consistent and sometimes wouldn't be on at all despite the settings saying it's on. The screen on the window was slightly bent as if someone tried to come out or maybe come in so it made me decide not to leave the window open as well as the AC.

The breakfast looked good (though would have liked it extended to 10am), staff was super friendly, and bed was amazingly comfy.

The property is currently undergoing renovations so the aesthetic was a bit off. Some of the guests in the lobby were super noisy, but no one from staff asked them to keep their voices down.

Quick and friendly book in. Our room, 405, was large with two wash basins and even two hairdryers. The room was quiet and in the corner of the building. Breakfast was fresh and had good choices. The coffee was excellent.
