"Overall nice stay and friendly staff"

I found the staff to be very friendly and the room to be overall clean.

I didn’t like that the pool and hot tub wasn’t very clean, and there was smells of smoke throughout the hallways.

"Older hotel that needs some more attention to cleaning"

Great location, beautiful pond outside. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast options

Hot tub was gross. We kept finding black duct tape floating, the tiles we grimey and there was dirt/skin floating in the bubbles. Room was not clean. Hairs on bed, opened the sheets and there were stains and more hair. Beds were extremely lumpy. Majority of all our towels had stains. Inside the cabinet door that hid the microwave was dirty. Looked like someone spilled ice cream. Bathroom was not cleaned completely. Hairs in tub, dirty spots along the baseboards. Honestly- if housekeeping were doing a better job the review wouldn't be so bad. We were there 2 nights and requested room service with tag on the handle. They only came in and replaced towels and took trash. Did not even make the beds let alone give us clean bed sheets.
