Having a Villa with kitchen and laundry was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and anxious to help in any way. Wanted to extend our stay and manager Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do to make it happen. Very walkable to town, restaurants and shopping

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and pools. The location was great. Staff was friendly. There was plenty to do at the property. It’s on the trolley route. We really loved staying here. Def would go back, 10/10.

Not sure if we could partake in the continental breakfast. There seemed to be some confusion for people staying at the vacation resort. One person told us to enjoy and that there was coffee in the lobby in the other building, but then there was a hand written sign saying it was for Holiday Inn Express guests only. It was confusing since these hotels share a parking lot and several other amenities. We didn’t want to get in trouble or be embarrassed by getting told we weren’t welcome, so we went out for breakfast, which was an added expense. Thankfully, there is a wonderful breakfast restaurant across the street.

We loved everything … the location, the amazing room, the river outside … they have 3 pools and a pretty awesome indoor water park and arcade!!! The staff was so informative and friendly … we will Absolutely be back!!
