Comfort Inn Hamilton

I had just stayed at a luxury hotel. The rooms where comparable for size, comfort and cleanliness. Staff at both facilities were the same for service and friendliness. Toiletries suppled where adequate. Stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping changed the entire bedding including mattress cover while we were out. Came back mid change. Complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing, far more valuable then the over prices mini bar at other hotel.

Area of the hotel location was not in middle of all the action. But location provided quick and easy access to all location in the city.

There were people partying until 5:30 am super loud

Clean and good bed

Tv was annoying, slow and poor channel selection , couldn’t connect hdmi to phone

Convenience of many stores, restaurants,mall and transit

Needed more selection of juice

Location was very convenient. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were firm and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean.

My only complaint and this is important. Is that one can hear a lot of noise from the hallway. All the guest room doors are loud when they close and I can hear conversations in the hallway. There was about a half inch gap on the bottom of the door, allowing a lot of noise to come into the room.
