It has been a long time since I had to stay somewhere this dirty. Hairs and stains (unlaundered stains) on the bedding. We did get fresh bedding but watched changing and they just threw the top blanket on the floor then would have put it back on until we requested a new one. We needed to change rooms and when I went to inspect that room there were at least five different hairs in the bedding. It was truly unacceptable.

Very clean hotel. The room was HUGE. Perfect having kids. Breakfast was delicioso. The staff is amazing. Super sweet ladies. Lots of food choices near the hotel.

Nice clean hotel, the only things I would change are the hours breakfast in available closes around 9 and the pool area closes at 10 vs the normal 11.
