The staff and cleanliness

The price and the point I had to make an additional $150 deposit upon getting a room after reserving on the booking app and was not made aware of this so I’m highly disappointed

I think her name was Tammy Davis that cjecked us in. She was very friendly. Our room was amazing! I was surprised how big it was. We loved the sitting area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We would definitely stay again.

First of all, the check in was quick and easy and the front desk clerk was cordial and informative. He even inquired about my satisfaction with my room when I passed by the desk minutes later. Next, the room met my expectations and actually exceeded many. It was spacious and after a long road trip, it was inviting and clean. The bed was soft and ever so comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with a spacious shower. I never met the staff that serviced my room every day of my 4-night stay, but I give a huge 'THANK-YOU' to him/her. I was beyond pleased with the service provided. From the daily replenishing of the tea packets, replacing the fluffy towels to removing my tons of empty water bottles - the service was amazing and I was very appreciative. The breakfast was, well, a real breakfast. There is nothing better than starting out a day with a hot breakfast when traveling. Comfort Suites had it all - waffle makers, eggs, biscuits, sausage, gravy, packets of cereal of choice to include oatmeal and even some grab & go items (pre-packaged bagels, muffins and snack bars). Lastly but certainly not least, the check out was as effortless as the check in. This was my first stay with Comfort Inn and Suites and the Jackson (Casey Jones) location won another customer!

No complaints.
