We ordered a suite for 3 nights, it was smelly damp, old furniture with stains, AC not working only fan & bedroom window locked unopenable: level of a medium youth hostel. after 1 night we decided to leave and then we were suddenly offered a modern room which was reasonable but did not get refund for the downgrade from suit to room rate, we heard similar complaints from another family we understood from the staff some of the rooms are modern and some are old. watch out

The busses picked you up from outside so never took long to get away

The first room i was given was in a building that smelt like mold the grout was missing from the bathroom tiles with dirt and was on the ground floor near the road so couldn't open the balcony to get fresh air , the second was still ground floor but could at least open the balcony to let in air but light bulbs where missisng the electric went out and the kettle gave me an electric shock the first time I tried to make tea.
