Hotel Nedy

Personale attento e premuroso. Stanza pulita. Si è rotto il condizionatore e ci hanno subito cambiato stanza.

Buonissimo albergo immerso nel verde, a pochi passi dal mare. Silenzioso e con poche camere molto pulite. Lo consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo passato due notti, il personale è stato molto disponibile e accogliente. Soggiorno perfetto. Ristorante ottimo e il servizio del ristorante e delle colazioni di una cortesia rara. Ci torneremo.

The hotel is the minimum average. Cheap though. Didn't feel clean. Recommend taking your soap and shampoo. Staff were friendly.

As soon as we arrived at this Hotel you could see from the outside what you were going to get. I don't think they know what a lawn mower looks like, the area around the pool was decked and had not had a coat of preservative in years, the filter around the pool was full of tree bark and fir needles and was not inviting at all. The loungers and tables and chairs were old, faded and in much need of some TLC. I have to be honest the room was very clean, but very small, as was the bathroom. The air con unit didn't work, the little safe didn't work and no british TV Channels. They advertise that they have SKY TV on their web site but we didn't have it in our room. Breakfast each morning was o.k nothing special and none of the food was covered, it was just laid out on a table and you helped yourself. The hotel was too far out to go for a nice walk, so we relied heavilly on the car to get us around. We loved the area and the Italians were very helpful and friendly. We would return again to Marina De Massa, but unfortunately not to this Hotel. They need to employ a full time gardner, someone to do some maintenance as the grounds and the pool could look beautiful. It has potential. Just some TLC.
