Das Handling für Hausgäste im Wellness-Bereich ist fragwürdig merkwürdig - man muss bar zahlen und kann das nicht wie in vorherigen Jahren einfach an der Wellness-Rezeption auf das Zimmer buchen lassen - darüber wurde auch nicht beim Check-In hingewiesen

Das Radisson Hotel war schön und das Frühstück sehr ausreichend.

Wir hatten im City Hotel gebucht, konnten es jedoch nicht gleich auf Anhieb finden, da wir nicht wussten, dass es zum Radisson gehört. Die City Appartements lagen daher außerhalb vom Radisson Hotel und waren auch schlechter ausgestattet. Wir sind Sonntags angereist und hatten Montags an der Rezeption bescheid gesagt, daß die Toilettenspülung ständig läuft.....das war am Karfreitag unserer Abreise noch nicht erledigt. Und die Federbettenzudecke war viel zu warm und schwer,das Kissen hatte ich schon austauschen lassen. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön.
