Все прекрасно,комната,современный тв с подключением телефона,удобная кровать ,санузел хороший ,бельё

Регистрация была очень нервной!!!мне даже пришлось попросить администратора говорить потише ,а не орать.Женщина с огромными губами была очень нервная и высокомерная,это испортило настроение.Я никогда не получал такого хамского обращения в вашем отеле.Я ваш клиент на протяжении многих лет.Сам являюсь собственником отелей в Эстонии и прекрасно знаю как нужно работать с клиентами.
