It's easy to find the place situated in a quiet street.

One of the rooms didn't have a curtain in a window, and I had to pass it through that room to go to the bathroom.

Poor connection of WiFi, Unable to reach receptionist on the phone, unable to get kitchen utensils for braai because kitchen is closed and we can't reach them on the phone.

Sughts around town

The room was in a terrible condition. The people in attendance would not entertain changing the room for us. The air conditioner was dysfunctional. The wifi did not work. The towels were dirty. The room was stuffy
