"The perfect hotel in wonderful Parnell! Highly recommended to all"

Excellent value with lots of little extras like the wonderful Forest and Bird toiletries. The room was absolutely perfect and your cleaners deserve praise as they do a fantastic job! Spotless room! Great soundproofing, and privacy. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, nice selection and pleasant atmosphere and friendly stuff. Will definitely return with family as I kept thinking that my Mum and daughters were missing out on a real treat!

I would like to say how happy I was to have a shower mat in our bathroom. They are not usually available. I have neuropathy in my feet, so I need to use a shower mat.

No dishes! I saw that there was no microwave so we took cereal for our breakfast, but we did not have any bowls or spoons. I get that there is a restaurant available, but I have some dietary needs that mean I can't always go to the restaurant.

Close to city centre, ample parking for our vehicle. Staff were so lovely. Spacious rooms. Very clean, comfortable beds.

Kitchen didn't have an oven but we made do!

It was well situated and the layout was beautiful.

Less so what I didn't like but a thought, I thought the rubbish bins would have been replaced while we were staying. I understand not changing the beds and towels to be more environmentally conscious but I thought the bins would be emptied. Also maybe for the laundry facilities instead of trying to sort coins etc maybe change it to swipe your room card and it gets charged to the room number

Great location, Very clean and tidy. Excellent facilities in room, parking on site. Lovely food at restaurant. Very high standard of service from all staff, especially Brent who was so helpful when we needed to extend our stay.
