Wunderschöne Villa, viel Privatsphäre, sehr sauber.

Restaurants im Innenraum und Zwang zu geschlossenen Schuhen Kaum vegane/vegetarische Optionen Sehr schlechter Cappuccino, bei diesem Preisniveau erwarte ich guten Barista Kaffee auch mit alternativen Milchvarianten. Bei der Abreise haben wir jedoch erfahren, dass es auf Wunsch möglich ist Wir mussten 2.5 Stunden auf die Anfrage für ein Messer warten. Und der Geburtstagskuchen wurde um 22 Uhr geliefert und wir wurden aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Alles kein Problem, jedoch relativ zum Anspruch und Preis exklusiv zu sein, nicht passend.

It was absolutely beautiful and serene, the staff were amazing the views were breathtaking our room was pristine. The restaurants were lovely. We was very well taken care off

Le manque de prévision du personnel pour organiser les départs vers l'aéroport en fonction de la distance, du trafic, de l'heure de départ et des fêtes. Le départ et la route vers l'aéroport fut une véritable sinécure et nous avons été les derniers passages à enregistrer, à 5 minutes prêt.

The localtion was great but ...... look below!!

During the three mornings i was there, i was only able to have breakfast once - and in view of the great quality of your premiss, reception and room staff, the general ambiance and the great location, i was expecting the same greatness and quality of the breakfast. Well i was really disappointed - the service was slow the staff were lethargic and unsmiling and worse of all the quality of the food was very bad. The bread was stale, the mushrooms were over cooked, the tamotoes were burnt and the potatoes were fried a few hours before being presented on my plate. I ordered the tea on arrival, which never came and i had to ask for it again. I asked for Canderel which never came and i had to ask for it again!! I can go on........ very disappointing!!
