Excellent location (its chief asset) on a pretty square (Grasmarkt) in the historic centre of Brussels, very close to Centraal station and the Grotemarkt. Basic hotel, as exptected. No lift, but they had informed me. Staff is grumpy and, in one instance, rather rude, but the overall experience is good. I would return but do expect an improvement on staff manners.

"Ubicación perfecta!"

Ubicación excelente, súper céntrico y de fácil acceso a la estación de tren, metro y la plaza principal y el centro neurálgico.

El baño es muy chico, la ducha no contiene el agua y de moja todo el piso cada vez que te duchas. Además no cambian toallas ni arreglan las habitaciones. Solo estiran la cama. El resto todo ok.

La posizione è ottima. Vicina alla stazione centrale. A pochi passi dalla Gran Place.. in pieno centro si può andare in ogni direzione.

L'hotel è molto piccolo e la stanza è minimale. La TV non è disponibile se non richiedi il telecomando (forse a pagamento). Non c'è aria condizionata e dato che si trova in una piazza affollatissima fino a notte fonda ed alle prime ore del mattino ci sono le attività x la pulizia. Obbligatorio finestre chiuse.

La ubicación es buena pero solo tiene este aspecto aceptable.

El personal es muy antipático. Uno de los chicos nos robó dinero con la excusa de que la habitación triple que habíamos reservado no podíamos dormir 3 personas. Nos hizo pagar 30€ extra y en efectivo para quedárselos él. Absolutamente decepcionante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, camas incómodas y no especialmente limpio.
