Entertainment poorly venued, dreadful area with poor acoustics. Very poor menu with regards to fresh vegetables.

Great hotel in a central location in Faliraki (12 klm fron Rhodes town) , with lovely pool and huge room. Clean with very friendly staff ready to help in whatever your ask or any problem. Breakfast huge with changes every day.There is a problem with the wi-fi , it is only in the reseption.Very cheap drinks in the pool bar. Just wonderful I thank them for the perfect holiday offers us.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and efficiently run with a fantastic selection of food for breakfast and dinner. We stayed HB and the quality of food is fantastic. There is surely something for everyone even fussy kids. We stayed in the Junior suite with pool access and this was great when we wanted to take a quick swim in the morning before breakfast and chilling out away from the main pool in the afternoons. The room and bathroom were kept clean, the air con worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge in the room was also great for keeping drinks cool. There was nothing we could fault with our room. The dining area is very stylish and well kept. The dining staff can be a bit abrupt and unattentive so ordering drinks can take a while. A big negative is the amount of smoking in the outside dining area can get disgusting and you stuck inside if you're not a smoker. Smoking should be banned in all eating areas especially if there are kids around. Overall a fantastic experience at a great hotel, the women working on the front desk are exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and also young families. A word of warning!!! - Expedia completely messed up my booking but I rang the hotel in advance of our arrival and the hotel corrected the booking with the correct room. Another credit to the hotel.

Well designed, very comfy, gently merging with the beech. Great staff, and food. Perfect position. There was entertainment every night by a variety of artists. Nothing to complain about but a guest must be aware that the hotel charges additional 4 euro pp for each sunbed on the beech (around poll they are free). In addition none of the outside pools are heated and the only warm water pool in the SPA is charged at 15 euro per person per day.

As I says it's a beatiful hotel, but for start don't have a guy who carry your bags, there is no Internet in all hotel just in the lobby and it's just 1 hour free and then you have to pay. Bed sheets were kind of dirty. The front desk staff were inefficient. We make an upgrade to a pool suite and my bathingsuit was stolen from my terrace. The sun umbrellas in front of the hotel cost. Breakfast was awesome, hardly recommend to take the 3 meals buffett cause it's good.
