Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Mann konnte sich Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer machen.

Mir hat auf dem Zimmer ein paar Snacks gefehlt. Auch im Kühlschrank waren nur Erfrischungsgetränke.

- you will hear people when they talk in the corridor. Would be nice to have a pair of earplugs instead of a cookie.

Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen; Renovierung und Modernisierung des Hotels sind nötig; für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel ist das derzeitige Niveau nicht ausreichend; schade ☹️

Most reviews must be fake. Bad matras Room smells / no air They try to hide the smell with scent sticks hidden on top of a wardrobe. So the room smells like toilet Loud outside noises right next to the parking where they ride with trolleys. No airsuction or window in the toilet Bad service Bad restaurant Manager refuses to speak English and sounds racist. Very proud German. The room was in a different part of the hotel in the “guesthouse” which is not shown on the photos. We immediately left the hotel and drove 4 hours home!! They took the money of our credit card anyway. They don’t email back. I’ve stayed at many hotels but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
