Excellent hotel where the staff always happy to help. Food was very good and you'll find something for everyone. Entertainment was good and staff try their best. Water park is few minutes walk from hotel and is good and pretty quiet. 20 mins from the airport. Free pick up from the airport one-way.

An amazing hotel where the staff are outstanding and always happy to help. Food was very good and you'll find something to suit your taste from local cuisines to grilled BBQ served outside. Entertainment was average but staff try their best. Water park is 5 minutes walk from rooms and is really good and quiet. 20 mins from the airport. Free pick up from the airport. They have plenty of staff during lunch and dinner which is very helpful. Highly recommended hotel.

Hôtel réservé à la dernière minute à la demande des enfants qui souhaitaient un Aquapark et nous n avons pas été déçus ! Accueil très agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse, hygiène irréprochable et nourriture variée, de quoi combler petits et grands. Il y a avait du monde mais ça ne se ressentait pas au niveau des piscines, bar et restauration … Mention particulière pour le parc de verdure …

Loved our stay at this all inclusive hotel. Did we excellent and they had something for everyone. Water park was brilliant and the rooms were very spacious. Must pay the city tax if your child is 12 or above which we didn't know about. Free shuttle to the town, Jame Al Fanaa. Free shuttle one way from airport to the hotel.

Great place. For family with 3 kids this was great for us as all we did was eat, sleep, swim, have fun and not have to leave the property. Swimming pools were great. Food was great. Staff were great! Will come back for sure
