Riad Pacha Palace

Since one of us struggles with stairs, we needed a twin room on a lower floor. The staff eventually handled this by moving beds from a different room to set up the space correctly. We appreciated that they were able to adjust the room layout for us.

Avoid any room located outside the main building. We experienced a total lack of basic amenities: no hot water for showers, no Wi-Fi connection, and an air conditioning unit that couldn't provide heat, leaving the room freezing during the winter. To make matters worse, the room and bedding had a very unpleasant smell, likely due to dampness or sewage issues. While the rooms in the main building are slightly better, the entire property is poorly maintained. The shower head leaked, and the outdoor courtyard felt neglected, featuring a broken, malfunctioning jacuzzi that just sat there as an eyesore.

Good location and historical ambience. Yuossef and Yasseen ( excuse spelling) were always very responsive and helpful.

No wifi, water and electricity went off at times.

Très beau riad avec une jolie décoration. Un très bon emplacement facile d'acces. De jolies salles de bain. Une literie confortable. Un personnel disponible et aux petits soins. A recommander sans hésiter. Hâte d' y revenir.

- pas de wifi pour les 2 nuits alors qu'il est mentionné dans les services de l'annonce - pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et lavabo - chasse d'eau des toilettes hors services - petit déjeuner dans le patio avec un mini chauffage d'appoint que nous avons dû demander. - état de la douche dégradé, traces de moisissures partout - pommeau de douche défectueux Je ne recommande surtout pas cet établissement malgré un personnel plutôt accueillant

Very nice host, Youssef, who was extremely kind. He showed us the route, prepared a breakfast box, and made tea for us early in the morning. The riad was very cute and charming.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our stay.
