Location

Bed was a brick Coffee maker didn’t work. I buy one and the outlet is bad it shorts out that coffee maker Ice machine didn’t work The check in process isn’t good. You call a guy in India who tells you to go to the room and he gives you code to get key. The kick was our bank flagged the charge. So Indianguy calls back acting like we tried to defraud them and had attitude

The location is excellent , and we’ve stayed here multiple times .

They have gone “contactless” which is absurd. You have to call a number to get a code to get your keys … nobody in the office for check in or check out . Called multiple times to number provided and couldn’t get through . I will NOT stay here again . Called at 1:30 pm for room cleaning and they arrived after 6 pm. Not cool . You should also provide more than 2 washcloths, two hand towels and two bath towels for two guests.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t any staff on site and had to drive to get a good cup of coffee

Contactless check in was inconvenient and took 25 minutes. Walls are paper thin and you could here everything from the other guest. Area around hotel was quiet though. Stay was sufficient enough to get by.
