We spent 3 nights at the hotel, with breakfast and dinner included. Both breakfast and dinner items were good, the staff is polite and helpful. The facilities are good overall.

After checking in the hotel, the bedsheet in the room had a some small rust stains. We asked to change the room, which the staff agreed to without any issues, but the bedsheets in the 2 more rooms which were shown to us, also had the same stains. We just asked them to replace the sheet in our original room then, which they did, and it was a clean sheet. It is a small detail, but an important one. Also, there were big glass panels, probably to be fixed somewhere in the hotel, kept in the staircase, which perhaps is not the best place to keep them, considering guests' safety.
