The bedroom that was given at first was nasty, beds had pubes hair and nasty wet stains on them and the check in guys just laughed and gave us another room, carpets are very nasty if you wear white socks they turn brown after a while of walking on the floors and hot water runs out every morning you will have to wait like a hour before you can shower

We had to throw out our own trash we really did not get any room service at all! I literally had to go to the front desk to ask for tp and when I first got there the fridge was not working and the microwave as well it smelled burnt as soon as you opened it. it's pet friendly but you have to pay a high fee depending on how long your staying there they charge $30 pet fee per night and they charge you all up front on top of it all they charge another pet deposit of $100 in case of pet damages plus you also have to pay $100 fee deposit for damages for each room you book. I feel like it's a bit much with all these fees especially the pet you already paying $100 pet deposit for damages why also charge $30 per night for your pet to stay with you in this economy this is crazy and breakfast wasn't always there even though it's included and they don't even put enough for all the people that are staying breakfast is from 6:30am -9:30am they don't re fill it's first come first serve for breakfast i went there with my family and there was no breakfast it was all gone nobody refilled there is no juice for kids just coffee for adults their orange juice machine was broken and so was their ice machine so no ice and wifi kept disconnecting no good wifi. and I've been in cheap motels where you even get complimentary water and they don't even offer that at least have some complimentary water and an ice machine that works that goes a long way! and better room service why did I have to throw out my own garbage smh.which the garbage was all the way outside the hotel in a closed up dumpster which was overly filled and the door locks you out make sure you have someone holding it.
