The property was listed as having a swimming pool on site. There was a pool on site but the staff said there wasn't. I saw it, it did not have water in it and they seem to want to conceal this fact . The room wreaked of cigarettes but was advertised as a smoke free facility. Definitely not a 3-star hotel.

This place is a hot mess. There was trash everywhere outside the building, even overflowing out of the trash can right outside the main entrance. When we got there, there were so many vans in the parking lot with a bunch of people jumping in and out. It felt very unsafe and there was no explanation from the staff. If I had known, I would have booked the motel right behind them.

The stay was pretty good, kind staff we had a problem with our reservation because we book a night that we didn’t needed and they refound us the money without problems also it’s useful that they have airport shuttle

"Yeeeaaahhh, no."

The location was fitting; close to main thoroughfares and shopping.

Our socks literally blackened it had been so long since the floor had been vacuum cleaned. There was blood on the toilet seat when we checked in, and the room looked “lived in.”

I did not like the service or hotel.

My room was supposed to be ready at 3 pm and it was ready at 4 pm NOT ACCEPTABLE, then my bathroom had little toilet paper on the rolls, no extra rolls around.
