Le personnel réactif. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, car la première était dans un état incroyable et le personnel était réactif pour nous la changer au plus vite le lendemain matin (la réception est fermé à partir de 20h, donc la demande a été faite le matin).

L'état de la première chambre ou on a quand même due passer une nuit était lamentable sur tous les plans (Propreté, odeurs, agencement, équipements... ).

"Séjour d’une nuit tout juste passable dans un studio double"

Séjour passable dans un studio double. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la propreté des sanitaires, des draps et des éléments électroménagers.

Nous avons souffert du bruit du réfrigérateur et de la ventilation. Les bouches de ventilation étaient encrassées et nous avons eu des allergies. Nous avons détesté la saleté des couloirs et de l’ascenseur. Globalement, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis bien lors de notre séjour d’une nuit. Nous n’y reviendrons pas.
