Wir mussten im Hotel verlängern aufgrund der gecancelten Flüge. Die Unterstützung dabei war sehr gut. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war excellent. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Hotelmanager ist uns sehr entgegengekommen.

Excellent location and value for money. Got free upgrade to private villa which was superb. We loved our privacy in the private pool completely surrounded on all sides. Also very quiet by night which is very important to us retired teachers in our 70’s.

Lots of mozzies - not the hotel’s fault.

Absolutely beautiful property. From the gardens, the pool, the overall aesthetic in the main foyer and entrance area, to the incredible private pool villas. There was truly everything you could need. Staff were so incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, and that guests never feel like a bother. You are treated like royalty and the resort had a beautiful, luxurious feel. It was peaceful, quiet and met every one of our needs!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Läget var trevligt precis intill flygplatsen och Nationalparken. Fina grönytor och poolområde (även om vissa paxade solstolar som aldrig användes under dagen - varför?). Nära till matställen och 7elevens även en mindre matmarknad.

Lite för hårda sängar och kuddar enligt oss. Vi bodde både i Garden room och Villa under våra 6 dagar. Personalen är superfina, men i restaurangen lever det tyvärr inte upp till hotell med 5 stjärnor. Här var det lite slappt och inget extra. 6 dagar var enligt oss 2 dagar för mycket.
