Kept me dry from the elements

Many issues- this is more like a half-star- 1 star hotel. Main issue: 1) hot water was luke warm if that- fine for a warm shower (note water pressure low) but not for a bath.. Alerted staff- checked another room- it was the same- they couldn't help and said "only 5 star hotels have hot water). 2) air con unit extremely noisy on balcony- deafining. 3) wifi 5-7Mbs a second- and cuts out every few minutes. 4) Tv reception very fuzzy- unwatchable. Ive been travelling 6 weeks around Asia- never encountered a stay like this. Stayed3 nights- staff refused to offer refund- if this was my home country - it would have been a breach of consumer rights. DO NOT STAY HERE..

pleasant stay for only one night so didnt use pool or any other facilities friendly staff at check in and out

a lot of indian gentlemen hanging around the check inn area
