The wifi was very bad

The staff are amazing! I’ve stayed here 5 times before and I will always stay here when I come to Pattaya! Everything you need is right there and the staff are amazing!

The fact that I had to leave and go home eventually

Nothing at all

I was driving into Pattaya rather late and made a last minute with Pattaya Loft. Old dirty looking linens. Floor surfaces of room toilet and balcony. Almost never clean. Almost scammed by FO staff attempting to cheat my deposit. They asked me for a 1,000 baht deposit during check in. I wanted to pay with my card, they insisted cash and offered to collect 500 baht instead. Luckily I only booked 1 night instead of 3 nights stay here. Next morning I couldn't wait to check as soon as l had (very bad) breakfast. I asked for my deposit refund and the gentleman showed me a picture of a red astray from his handphone. He claimed that it was missing in my room. I told him that there was a notice placed on my room wall stating that all cigerette butts have to be thrown into a discarded flower pot placed in a (rusty looking) flower stand at the balcony. Why would I even steal a dirty looking plastic astray? He then quickly showed me another screen shot from his handphone and said the housekeeper made a mistake! A cheeky try but I could tell if it was a genuine one there. Last but not least, half the light bulbs in the front area of my room didn't work. The receptionist told me maintainace stopped work at 5pm. I had to finish my complete my work on my laptop in an almost dark room.

Cheap price and have bathtub

Feel the darkness in the room and breakfast room is not convenient for me at all. The smell and lightning

This is my first visit to Thailand and stayed 3 different hotels in Thailand but this is the one I received a good customer support and care. rooms r very specious bfast was awesome, totally fulfilled all our needs. always with good smile all over. we really enjoyed Pattaya Loft

One of the good property in Pattaya. worth it. breakfast was very good and lots of items like Thai, Indian as well as Europe. swimming pool is not so big but very neat and clean.staff behavior was very good. smooth check in. room was very big and big balcony too.. wash room was very clean and with bathtub.. really like to stay again

Had a great time in Pattaya loft with family....stay was very good...staff was very polite and so friendly.... stayed for 3 ngts....room was clean and neat.. big room .....nice balcony...had easy check in and check out...while check in lots of crowd around the lobby and pool side... early check in allowed....soft bed....clean bathroom.... Breakfast was excellent... overall our stay was very good . Recommend to all....
