We stayed in this hotel as it was somewhat close to Bari airport. The hotel is in an industrial area and when we went to the swimming pool was not in use. Other than that, it was clean and well maintained, however the decor is quite dated.

Checked in after getting stiffed at another accommodation. It was late in the day and Simona was at the front desk. Her English was very good, we don’t speak Italian, and she was all smiles as she greeted us and got us checked in. We got to our room, which was very comfortable, but was missing a few toiletries and needed a light bulb replaced. She got right on it herself, not waiting for any support staff, and took care of everything. Simona was so pleasant. She even did some translating for us and made a call to the accommodation that stiffed us to tell them we were not coming back. Parco Serrone is lucky to have people like that working for them.

We stayed for three nights and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean with great air conditioning. But primarily due to the staff who went out of their way to be helpful. We assumed we could get a taxi to go to our family’s home but there were none in this city. Maximo took the time and drive us there both ways and another staff member took us to and from the laundry service. The breakfast was excellent and the fruit was exceptional. Great Cappuccinos!!

Hôtel très agréable. Belle piscine avec bonnets (c'est le seul bémol ). Petit déjeuner très sympathique. A proximité des grands axes. Facile pour aller vers Trani. Vers bari. .. A refaire

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms had all you needed. They are pet friendly and that was a good piont. However I have concerns that two of the fire doors had a chain and a padlock across them. We went to the resturant for a meal and despite it being a lovely summers evening , we were shown to a room in the basement which had not been tidied up after a previous service. Our waiter ignored us for about 10 minutes and we had to wait for drinks. The paste was okay but the main course was dry and salty with no side dishes. We shared our table with an army of ants and a squadron of flies. The room was a double but there was only one chair on the balcony

Worst experience with a hotel in my life. I arrive late i let the gotel kniw they keep me waiting for 2.30 hours naobady was at the recption. After 2.30 hours the recepcionist get awake from the room were he was sleeping and dont even apoligize. Incredible not security the doors were open thw computers printes all turn on lights in a deserted reception. Incredible!! First time in my life

Di passaggio abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la posizione periferica rispetto al centro abitato. Molto ampio il parcheggio. Ottima la cena, come ottimo il rapporto prezzo qualità.
