Aethrio Sunset Village - Oia

It is a beautiful property witha very helpful and friendly staff and is well located in Oia. Parking is not too far from the hotel. Our room was large and very quiet. We totally enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Aethrio Sunset Village. The property is very charming and we loved our quirky apartment as well. It was a quiet oasis in the heart of Oia. It was nice to have a pool and a lot of patio space to retreat from the crowds at times. There was also outdoor seating for breakfast. It is located close to the bus stop with easy signage to find your way and very convenient to the top sights in beautiful Oia. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The only thing that we would have liked improved was that our mattress was too firm for our liking.

This is an amazing hotel to stay at in Santorini! Big shoutout to the lovely Foni and George who are super helpful and work hard to make your experience lovely. It's located in the heart of Oia and the hotel is like a peaceful oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets! I loved the room we were in, a studio for 4 people, the views were amazing and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is so delicious-the daily fresh pastries, juice, eggs and fresh bread were lovely. Restaurants are plenty nearby and the iconic blue domes are only a 2-3 minute walk from one of the entrances. The pool is clean and very deep (2.6m at the deep side). I would suggest booking a transfer with the hotel (45 euros) as the porter helps with your bags and if it's your first time visiting Santorini you might not know which streets to go down. The biggest/most amazing factor of all is the sunset terrace! We stayed for the evenings to watch the gorgeous sunset fall over the town of Oia, there is also a dome (or 2) in the backdrop of the terrace view so you can have a mini photoshoot! Overall 10/10 experience! Thank you guys for making my birthday trip so memorable!!

Best location in Santorini

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was a plus! Location is excellent!!! Walking distance to everything. Thank you. Until next time!!

Hotel Aethrio is the perfect hotel in Santorini. Great rooms, friendly staff and an ideal location that is close to the island’s best views, attractions and restaurants. Based in the heart of Oia, it is just a 5 minute walk to the famous blue dome viewing point and is surrounded by independent eateries and local retailers. The staff are extremely helpful and provide recommendations, local knowledge and assistance. This includes allowing you to use the facilities before and after you check-in to aid with flight times. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a private kitchen. Plus, there is a great pool, daily breakfast and two balconies that provide beautiful sunset views so you don’t need to compete with the crowds at local beauty spots. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.
