Hotel Parque La Paz

Just returned from a week in Las Americas. Split the time across two hotels - just to mix it up. A real honest review - two adults 48 and 54. Positives Stayed in a ground floor pool view room - rooms are spacious and basic but are adequate. Hotel staff are absolutely terrific - really attentive and helpful. Negatives The complex is relatively small, however the place is crawling with cockroaches. We had two in our actually apartment one morning. The reception were helpful when reported and sent a cleaner to fumigate the room while we were out - but after this all I could see when walking round the complex was dead cockroaches everywhere. The rooms have no air conditioning which is uncomfortable at night - our day temperature was around 26degrees so by evening it had dropped slightly but the room was like an oven. Towels in the room have seen better days - just old and tatty. Entertainment - I can’t even give it a rating as it was so poor - lucky that you’re right next to a range of bars and restaurants to keep you entertained of an evening. For the price of this hotel v the Med Palace where we split our stay with, for the small increase in price, you get breakfast, a spotless hotel, great entertainment, free towels (PLP is deposit) free safety deposit box (PLP charge) - you even get a welcome drink on arrival and a concierge to carry your bags - all for an extra £14 a night - which is ell worth it!

La structural aveva un bel stile moderno. Fantastiche le luci semi nascoste. Bagno favoloso e capiente.la cucina ottima per cucinare con il tavolo in marmo favoloso. Divano letto bello comodo. Balcone di grande dimensioni piscina e servizi davvero comfortevoli

Devo dire che per il prezzo,mi aspettavo piu technologia in stanza. Tipo porte USB alle prese. Condizionatore a ventola e un sistema vecchio e mi aspettavo quello elettrico. Tv di stile un po vecchio che non si connette al wi fi.porta connesso. Ma non andava la tv per you tube o Netflix. I materrassi sono da cambiare almeno nella mia Il cibo. La colazione era ricca dal lato salato. Qiindi uova bacon salsiccie ottime. Un po povera di cibo nel lato dolce. Abbiamo provato un giorno il buffet di pranzo. Ma sinceramente abbiamo visto poca qualita

Hotel in great location for everything, restaurants and bars all around. Decent pool area with pool bar and snacks served. The rooms are big and have a small kitchen with fridge & microwave. We felt the hotel was good value. The not so good stuff is the shower could do with a proper cleaning, I had to use a towel to clean the shower head, clearly hadn’t seen a cloth for some time if at all. Some scary black stuff around the shower tray too. The towels are old and some of them we were given were stained, also some of the bedding was frayed and is also tired. Checkout is 11am which is a little early if on a later flight although we managed to get a later checkout at 2pm for 40 euros. Staff are very good and all helpful.

We are currently staying in this hotel as self catering guests. The rooms are good however there is no freezer or oven so do keep this in mind of you go self catering. The staff overall are okay. The frozen cocktails such as pina coladas that are included in the all inclusive package are €9 each so do keep this in mind if you go self catering. The pool is quite small and there is a middle aged blonde lifeguard who likes to fill her shift by standing uncomfortably close to where children are swimming in the pool and making for an overall awkward and uncomfortable experience. Floaties are not allowed in the pool. Evening entertainment was below average quality. Although we enjoyed our holiday we wont be back.

Improvments are needed on cleanness,matterasses are old and unconfortable,bathroom doesnt meet the 4 stars hotel standard

Geweldige locatie je zit midden in het centrum. Heerlijk ontbijt, hele goede animatie, wij zijn hier al meerdere keren geweest

Overall it was just ok. Room was nice and big as we were a family of 5 which meant we could all be in the one room. Cleaner came everyday but never cleaned the floors they were disgusting and turned all our socks orange we had to wear shoes the whole time we were in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for young kids. We had a noisy group in the room beside us which kept the kids up all night between shouting and playing loud music. It’s mainly large groups of young party goers. Not much entertainment for kids also, not allowed floaties in the pool. It says kids disco at 8:30 but we went a few nights and it wasn’t on. Only upside it’s very central and close to the beach etc. don’t think we will be back here.

Fantastic hotel. Large rooms, spotless, friendly staff, good choice for food. Close to shops and beaches, and near a pick up point for Get my Guide pickups. Can't fault and would definitely return.
