Rooms well designed and lovely comfortable beds. The POOL AREA was large and with loads of beds. Everybody very friendly and helpful.

Firstly the hotel is a great location, central in las Americas and right above/next to the row of bars we always end up at so for us personally it was a good location. We stayed in a room facing the back road and Nextdoor hotel so was very quiet. Can’t comment on any on the other side closer to the bars and nightlife. The rooms are very big, modern and clean. We ordered a couples room, but was given two single beds which is usually the norm abroad and there was also a comfortable sofa bed. There was a shower, with shampoo and shower gel. There is NO iron and no AC, but was January so ac wasn’t needed. Food was hit and miss, some nights it was good some nights not so good, but we ate out a couple times so didn’t bother us. There was a wide choice though, and lots of choices of drinks and puddings, but it’s all inclusive so you know you’re expecting all inclusive food and drink which isn’t always great. Always lots of snacks and dinner time throughout the day. Lots of areas which you can make your own drinks, wine pumps, beer, sangria, soft drinks, slushies and hot drinks. So never really needed to ask bar staff to make us a drink, although cocktail bar which opens at night is nice to grab a proper cocktail from. Entertainment is ok, but it didn’t get busy as a lot of people was either out elsewhere or stayed in room.. so can see why they don’t pay for the best entertainment if nobody’s going to watch. Although we was in peak season so maybe why it was quiet. Lots of sun loungers, was lots spare even if we went down at 10/11am. Again maybe cause it wasn’t peak season. It was a good hotel, we probably would visit it again.

Pero estuvimos sin jabón de ducha y tardaron muchísimo en ponerlo. Además vinieron a echarnos entrando sin tocar y gritando cuando literalmente estábamos cerrando maletas para salir.

We stayed a week before Christmas and this hotel ticks all the boxes , we was all inclusive and could not fault the food or drink .and the location is perfect. We always got a sunbed around the pool and the rooms were cleaned daily. They is a lifeguard on all the time around the pool I'm guessing as if your not 6tf you can't touch the bottom but there is a shallow end at one side . would definitely return here and already looking at dates forvthis year as can't wait to return

We stayed here the week before Christmas. Was a lovely quiet time to stay in the hotel. Loads of sunbeds around the pool. Quick bar/food service. There was entertainment during the day and music at night. We were doing all inclusive just room only. Rooms were clean. Apartments had full kitchen with hobs, kettle, toaster, microwave. Towels provided. We did get a noise complaint for being too loud at the pool at 3pm in the afternoon which I thought was a bit strange as it was the middle of the afternoon, but we obviously respected the management and quietened down. Think this hotel is probably for older age group at that time of year. All in all, had a fabulous time. Will definitely come back

Food was awful and cold . Location very good

Rooms didn’t have any drawers for clothes . Bathroom no where to place toiletries . No hooks for towels . Kitchen no cupboard for food

Nothing I didnt like
