The property met our expectations and was clean and comfortable. It would benefit from minor modernisation and updating as well as some general maintenance in some locations but this did not impact our stay.

The hotel was working to post-Covid lockdown rules. There were key-safes outside each room for the keys. Your room number was communicated by a WhatsApp messaging. The room had a fridge, toaster and microwave. The fridge contained bread, milk, butter and yoghurt. Cooked breakfast was available to order through a poor website which provided no confirmation details. The hotel had a very good wifi service which was not supported by the broadband provider. News, weather and emails took hours to download. The broadband was flakey at best and non-existent at worst. Payment by card at the bar was a chancy proposition and if there was no connection you could not use that method. Cleanliness of the rooms was acceptable, but outside the room, the gravel border outside our door was littered with numerous cigarette ends. This was not a popular location, Friday night saw less that a dozen customers frequenting the bar and beer garden.
GBThis was lovely. Key safe for key meant no queuing at reception after a long drive. Room with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and all the makings for breakfast including plates and cutlery. A cooling unit in room meant I slept well on hottest day of the year. Tables outside so I could enjoy warmth. Didn’t go into pub/restaurant but looked very nice and food looked good Checkout easy, just replaced key in key safe. Would recommend and would 100% stay again

I have always stayed here whilst working at Snetterton Circuit. Rooms are spacious with a fridge, microwave and breakfast items in the room! Great for me with being away early in the mornings. Arrived on Friday evening having been sent details of the keycode to access my room. Been working all day so I went straight to the bar for a drink and food at about 7:55, The was a group of 7/8 people ordering food and and by the time I could be served I was greeted with the "kitchen closes at 8!" I was tired (so didn't want to have to go out elsewhere and I was actually staying there, so the lady behind the bar checked with the kitchen coming back with a flat no! Not impressed. To close a kitchen at 8pm on a Friday does seem a bit early? I was heading back to my room. Googling where else to go when another lady caught up with me and said she would tell the kitchen to serve me! Unfortunately, the wifi was not working at the Willow House and the mobile data signal is very poor, which gave me serious problems with work in the evenings meaning I didn't get to bed until the early hours. In the morning I was hoping for a refreshing shower to wake me up, bit unfortunately it wasn't much more than a dribble! On Saturday evening I called in at the nearby Tesco to get a microwave meal to avoid the problems of the previous night. Another long night with no wifi and in the morning the shower water gave up typically when I had shampoo in my hair! Not the best of experiences
GBGBThe property was easy to find and quiet considering it was joined to a pub! The rooms were large and not too expensive considering how close I booked to arriving! Just a short walk into town if you missed the serving times for food, which we did. TV has all the main channels on and the bathroom is lovely too, as well as the complimentary breakfast having necessities to set you up for the day. All round a lovely stay.
There was no WiFi in the rooms and no signal so was disconnected the entire evening, which is far from ideal when staying away from family. The food serving times were short and didn’t stay open as late as you’d imagine, which then meant we had to walk into town to get food (which after a long day travelling isn’t ideal!) This is advertised, however.
