J' ai aimé l'ambiance et aussi la piscine.

Il est certain le soir après avoir pris 2 douce de suite la chambre était un peu humide pour le reste de la nuit .II n'y avait pas de porte pour isoler la douche de la chambre.

Room wasn't really clean enough, blankets and pillows had spots on them, moldy areas between the tiles in the shower.

La proprté de chambre

Je souhaite déposer une plainte concernant notre séjour à l’Hôtel Motel Le Châteauguay durant la nuit du 22 mai 2026. Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience à cause du bruit provenant de la chambre voisine. Les murs semblaient très mal insonorisés et les occupants ont causé plusieurs dérangements pendant la nuit et tôt le matin. Entre autres : * ils ont stationné leur voiture juste devant notre chambre; * ils ont klaxonné vers minuit; * nous avons dû contacter la réception deux fois pendant la nuit; * le matin, ils parlaient fort devant notre porte et klaxonnaient encore. Nous étions à Québec pour jouer un match important, mais nous n’avons presque pas dormi à cause de ces nuisances. Cette situation a affecté notre repos et notre état pour notre événement du lendemain. Nous sommes déçus de la gestion de la situation malgré nos appels à la réception. Nous aimerions qu’une solution ou un geste commercial soit envisagé compte tenu des désagréments subis. Merci de votre attention et dans l’attente de votre réponse.

La chambre ce n’est pas un chalet c’est une chambre dans une maison qui est partager et qui n’est pas insonorisé ont entend même les gens parler à côté et un bébé qui a pleurer une partie de la nuit ..
