"HOTELS.COM CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!"

Hotels.com is the worst. They would not let us change our reservation by 1 day early. And they blamed Cambria hotel. Do not use Hotels.com! We ended up paying for 4 nights when we only could stay for 3.

excellent restaurant in house . clean spacious suite.

had to walk through the restaurant where people are seated and eating to get to the gym or pool area from our room. we never felt comfortable doing that so we never used the facility.

The hotel was definitely dated, but our suite was very clean and comfortable. The gentlemen ( didn’t catch his name) at the front desk made our 35th anniversary very special though. Flowers and complimentary breakfast certificate waiting in our room as a surprise. He was so friendly. The hotel employs a real “gem”. He was our stand- out for the weekend.

Nice location because of the shuttle that takes you to downtown. I don’t like that we were kicked out of the lobby because we brought down coffee from the room. The coffee they provided! Later we were told if we had used the mugs, no issue. But that was later. That drops the rating for me a couple of stars. We can’t enjoy the Lobby? Beds room towels were excellent.

"Worth the 3 stars!"

This hotel is worth the 3 star designation. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The beds are just a bit lower than other hotels. My 5'2" wife was able to climb in without my help! The restaurant is superb, not cheap but still a good value.

Evening check in staff were fantastic and very helpful. Morning staff very warm. Everyone said hello and goodbye as we came and went. Very nice.

Really, the whole stay was great.
