"Perfect stay and staff assistance."

Right as we got to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was very welcoming, our room was perfect for my disabled daughter, loved the pool area and dinner was one of the best we've had at a hotel saty. Everything was amazing and will be back. I couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel and staff!!

"Ryan was the best!"

We truly enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel. Ryan at the front desk absolutely made our stay absolutely wonderful. Every time we went in or out of the hotel he was there to say bye, ask us how our meals and travels were, or if we needed anything. The positive attitude was a wonderful encounter. As we are younger (24) sometimes our age throws employees into the misconception of “oh they are just going to be a hassle”. However we never were led to feel that way. Worth the money to stay here. Highly recommend!

"Worth the money"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They sent texts throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the king suite, and it was clean and roomy. The hotel offered a shuttle service to Union Street which was a great touch. The pool and hot tub area was clean. Overall great stay, worth the money.

The people above us were up banging around until 3:00. We called the front desk but that didn’t seem to help. We had 3 kids with us that didn’t sleep either. Very frustrating for the price we paid.

"Not a family hotel"

Upom first entrance to the hotel it looks very sleek and classy. Upon checking in and getting into the room it didn't seem very kid/friendly. We recieve a noise complaint at 745pm because our 4 kids 8 and under were too loud which was just them playimg hide in seek im the room. Which I get was a bit loud but also not at 745, come on. The beds were not comfortable, very hard as if sleeping on a box spring only. There was a green ball in our room and a hair clip, i can only imagine that was left from previous occupants. The hotel itself was classy just not family accommodating.
